Poker has become world acclaimed recently, with televised events and celebrity poker game events. The games popularity, though, arcs back quite a bit farther than its television ratings. Over the years many types on the first poker game have been developed, including a few games that are not really poker anymore. Caribbean stud poker is 1 of these particular games. Regardless of the name, Caribbean stud poker is more closely affiliated with twenty-one than old guard poker, in that the players bet against the house instead of the other players. The winning hands, are the long-standing poker hands. There is no concealment or other types of boondoggle. In Caribbean stud poker, you are required to pay up before the dealer announcing "No more wagers." At that instance, both you and the house and of course every one of the other players acquire five cards. After you have looked at your hand and the casino’s 1st card, you have to either make a call bet or accede. The call bet’s value is on same level to your original ante, which means that the risks will have doubled. Abandoning means that your bet goes instantaneously to the dealer. After the wager is the showdown. If the casino does not have ace/king or better, your wager is given back, with an amount in accordance with the initial wager. If the dealer has a hand with ace/king or better, you win if your hand defeats the bank’s hand. The casino pays out cash equal to your original bet and fixed odds on your call wager. These odds are:

- five to one for a flush
- seven to one for a full house
- 20-1 for a four of a kind
